It starts with a laptop-only setup that improves basic ergonomics using a laptop stand, external keyboard, and mouse. Raising the screen and stabilizing the viewing angle helps reduce fatigue during everyday work.

As work becomes more demanding, limited screen space becomes the next bottleneck. Adding an external monitor increases display area, improves multitasking, and reduces strain caused by frequent window switching.
